EQUIPMENT USED FOR SERVICES
​1. Exterior + Aerial photos. For this service we use a drone with 4K camera because it gives a better perspective on the property and its location. With this service, it also helps answer any questions regarding the home's colors, material, front yard, backyard, side yard, shape, dimensions and its landscape. It is also one of the most important because this can decide if the potential buyer wants to keep looking at the rest of the property.
2. Interior photos. For this service we use a digital camera with a wide angle lens. The wide angle lens will help capture more space of the interior/rooms giving a better visual of its dimensions. Also with this service, it will help answer questions regarding the display of the interior, what type of floor, wall, colors, shape, windows, views, and any other appealing features it may offer.

3. Highlight Video. For this service we use a 4K video camera paired with a stabilizer (gimbal) to capture smooth, high-quality footage of your listing. Our highlight videos are designed to showcase the home’s key features in a concise 60–90 second format, allowing potential buyers to experience the property without any interaction—just press play. Videos will be delivered via email with no audio so you can add your favorite music when uploading to social platforms. Also videos are available in both horizontal or vertical formats to suit your desired social platform. Realtors, if you’d like to be featured in the video, we’ve got you covered. We use top-of-the-line wireless microphones to ensure clear, professional audio, giving you the opportunity to speak directly to potential buyers while also building your personal brand. ​​

Package A - Complete photoshoot for listing
- $120 - small / medium properties (15-25) photos including drone aerials.
*(unless property is in Zero Flight Zone) Drone photos will include drop pin of location, text of popular street names, nearby schools or other POI. *Examples in gallery.
If property has extra amenities, (Swimming pool, hot tub, home gym, outside bar, etc.) there will be an additional $10 to cover the extra photos.
- $140 - large / luxury properties (30-40) photos including drone aerials. *(unless property is in Zero Flight Zone) Drone photos will include drop pin of location, text of popular street names, nearby schools or other POI. *Examples in gallery

Perfect for listings that need aerial coverage or for vacant land lots.
