So here at R-CAM Photography, we want to provide a service for you that can demonstrate that information to the potential buyers and therefore increasing the chances of closing faster. The amount of rooms and pricing concerns could be easily answered in the listing details but for the remaining concerns, the services listed below will take care of that.

 SERVICES 

​1. Exterior / Aerial photos. For this service we use a drone because it gives a better perspective on the property and its location. With this service, it also helps answer any questions regarding the home's colors, material, front yard, backyard, side yard, shape, dimensions and its landscape. It is also one of the most important because this can decide if the potential buyer wants to keep looking at the rest of the property.

 

2. Interior  photos. For this service we use a digital camera with a wide angle lens. The wide angle lens will help capture more space of the interior/rooms giving a better visual of its dimensions. Also with this service, it will help answer questions regarding the display of the interior, what type of floor, wall, colors, shape, windows, views, and any other appealing features it may offer.

 

3. 360° Virtual Tour. For this service we use a 360 camera and a software that will create a 360 virtual tour. This will help visualize the actual floor plan of the home in 3D. The potential buyer can now easily navigate the home virtually at any given moment and even share it with family so they can view as well. ​​

 

For best results we recommend combining the 3 services but it can also be offered individually in case you only need one or two services only.
